FoxNetwork services may not knowingly be used for the unauthorised distribution of copyrighted material where such distribution violates applicable law.

Valid intellectual-property complaints may be investigated and acted upon.

Harmful or Abusive Content

FoxNetwork services may not be used for content or activities that are unlawful or that create a serious and credible risk of harm to others.

FoxNetwork may take action against services used for threats, targeted harassment, exploitation, or other harmful conduct where required by law or where necessary to protect our infrastructure, customers, or third parties.

5. Resource and Infrastructure Abuse

Customers must use allocated resources reasonably and according to the specifications of their purchased service.

Customers may not intentionally interfere with the performance or availability of FoxNetwork infrastructure or other customers.

Activities causing excessive or abnormal CPU, memory, storage, bandwidth, network, or I/O usage may be restricted where they threaten the stability or security of our infrastructure.

Where reasonably possible, FoxNetwork will contact the customer before taking action for ordinary resource-related issues.

Immediate action may be taken when necessary to protect infrastructure or other users.

6. Security Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for appropriately securing their services.

This includes, where applicable:

  • Using strong passwords
  • Protecting authentication credentials
  • Installing security updates
  • Keeping software reasonably up to date
  • Correctly configuring applications and services
  • Restricting unnecessary network access

A compromised server or account remains subject to this AUP even when abusive activity was caused by an unauthorised third party.

FoxNetwork may temporarily restrict or suspend a compromised service to prevent further harm.

7. Customers, Third Parties and Sub-Users

Customers are responsible for activity performed through their FoxNetwork services, including activity by:

  • Employees
  • Administrators

  • Customers of the customer
  • Contractors
  • Sub-users

Customers providing access to third parties must take reasonable measures to ensure those users comply with this AUP.

Allowing another person to access a service does not remove the account holder's responsibilities under this policy.

8. Reselling and Third-Party Services

Where FoxNetwork permits the resale or redistribution of services, the primary customer remains responsible for ensuring that downstream users comply with this AUP.

FoxNetwork reserves the right to take action against the underlying service when a downstream user violates this policy.

9. Monitoring and Investigation

FoxNetwork respects the privacy of its customers and does not require customers to submit their private content for routine inspection.

However, FoxNetwork reserves the right to investigate suspected abuse, security incidents, fraud, legal violations, or violations of this AUP.

Investigations may be initiated following:

  • Automated security alerts
  • Abuse reports
  • Network monitoring
  • Fraud detection
  • Complaints
  • Reports from infrastructure providers
  • Requests from competent authorities
  • Other credible evidence of misuse

FoxNetwork may review information reasonably necessary to investigate and resolve an incident, subject to applicable law.

10. Enforcement

If FoxNetwork reasonably determines that a customer has violated this AUP, FoxNetwork may take appropriate action depending on the severity and urgency of the violation.

Actions may include:

  • Issuing a warning
  • Requesting corrective action
  • Restricting network access
  • Blocking specific ports or traffic
  • Removing or disabling prohibited content

11. Abuse Reports and Cooperation

Customers must reasonably cooperate with FoxNetwork when investigating legitimate abuse or security complaints relating to their services.

Failure to respond to serious or repeated abuse reports may result in restrictions or suspension.

Knowingly submitting false or malicious abuse reports is itself considered misuse.

13. Emergency Measures

FoxNetwork may take immediate technical measures where a service creates an urgent threat to:

  • Network stability
  • Infrastructure security
  • Other customers
  • Third-party systems
  • The general public

Such measures may include temporary isolation, traffic filtering, network restrictions, or suspension.

14. Repeated Violations

Repeated violations of this AUP may result in permanent termination of the affected service or customer account.

Attempts to circumvent a previous suspension, restriction, or termination may also result in termination.

15. No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service

Compliance with this AUP does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of a service.

Maintenance, technical failures, security incidents, upstream-provider issues, force majeure events, or other circumstances may affect service availability.

Any applicable service guarantees are governed separately by FoxNetwork's Terms and Conditions or applicable service agreement.

16. Changes to this Policy

FoxNetwork may update this Acceptable Use Policy when necessary to reflect changes to our services, infrastructure, security requirements, legal obligations, or abuse-prevention practices.

The current version will be published on the FoxNetwork website.

Material changes may be communicated to customers where appropriate or legally required.

Continued use of FoxNetwork services following an applicable update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.

17. Contact and Abuse Reports

Questions regarding this Acceptable Use Policy or reports of suspected abuse should be submitted through the official FoxNetwork contact or support channels published on our website.

When reporting abuse, please provide sufficient information for us to identify and investigate the affected service.
